I have a friend at work whose daughter is graduating soon, and I thought it would be nice to make a card to give to her for the occasion.
I put to use some of my alcohol ink painted paper that I've been making. The vase is clear acetate that I punched with a vase punch.
I love a glass vase for flowers, so I thought this would work nicely. I used some blue alcohol ink to put "water" into the vessel.
To adhere it to the card, I used some Diamond Glaze. I knew it would dry quickly, and it would give the appearance of liquid in the vase.
Plus, I like the stems showing through... It's super easy, and has a great impact on a sweet card.
